Biomérieux, a world leader in clinical and industrial microbiological diagnostics, is looking to accelerate its development in the industrial market worldwide. This positioning requires a transformation of R&D and sales development methods. OKONI assisted and trained 280 directors and managers in the implementation of new customer-oriented development processes, that drastically reduces the time to market in an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) approach. OKONI also helped establish expertise communities to facilitate and accelerate new forms of cross-departmental collaboration within the group.
