Designing digital health prevention services for senior citizens

The AG2R LA MONDIALE group has set up prevention initiatives (campaigns, support programs) with the employees of certain business lines that the group supports.In order to accelerate the roll-out of these programs, the group wishes to put in place a systemic offer to its older customers based on digital tools. 

Okoni assisted a team of eight people in the exploration and research on customer-users. About thirty interviews/observations with customers and prescribers (doctors, pharmacists, etc.) to design winning experiences. Three service concepts emerged from the co-construction workshops. One of them is currently being prototyped and tested.
