Getting the teams engaged in the new service-oriented organization

Bayer Laboratories has experienced significant momentum since 2013 with the launch of Eyleaaccompanied little by little by a service offer with care centers that provide “made-to-measure” services.

Okoni was brought in to help Bayer design the activities and execution of a team seminar to guarantee the smooth integration by the employees of a new service-oriented approach in the team with its direct employees and to strengthen the team spirit withall the departments in the head office, all brought in to work together on the topic of services.
