The bioMérieux laboratory is marketing a solution to diagnose hospital patients with sepsis. The company is seeking to demonstrate the medical and economic value of its solution to biologists and clinicians.
Together with bioMérieux’s multidisciplinary team, we formulated the following challenge: how can we help clinicians and biologists see the benefits for their patients of the SEPSIS solution by bioMérieux?
We facilitated the entire innovation process and the team’s transformation process: from the ethnographic phase conducted by the bioMérieux team to the writing of the specifications for the start-up identified and approached by Okoni to accelerate the market launch of this product.
This solution has become a bioMérieux co-branded service for its best customers. The project has helped the marketing and, sales teams, as well as the technical and finance teams become more agile, paving the way to a new business model.
