Faced with market developments and regulatory changes,, AG2R LA MONDIALE must rethink the way it designs and markets its products and services. OKONI worked with the Executive Committee (10 people) and the Management Board (200 people) to come up with an approach and tools to develop and implement experimental projects to advance the profound transformation of the Group. OKONI assisted and trained 12 teams of “makers” in design methods, from observing needs and uses to constructing prototypes and testing solutions (in start-up mode).
