The CNFPT (French National Training Center for the Public Service) and the INET (National Institute of Regional Studies) wish to train their public servants in innovation across all professions.

For several years, Okoni has been assisting and training several regional bodies of the CNFPT and the INET in the development of innovative public policies and services, from defining needs, to creating solutions and tools. Okoni is assisting this transformation within the regional public service and giving them the tools they need to design and innovate.

Results

Hundreds of local civil servants and managers have received training in the “Public Service Design” approach.
