EDF called on Okoni to design and manufacture nudges to improve worker safety at the Dampierre nuclear power plant.

Results

We have developed and installed two innovative solutions: – A noise meter installed at five locations throughout the plant: this is an Internet-connected object that lets everyone see the noise level from a distance and, in this way, gently nudges the people at the plant to use the most appropriate means of hearing protection – Human-sized silhouettes installed at locations where accidents have already occurred to prevent further similar accidents
