Suez environnement’s innovation team wishes to support the regional R&D and commercial entities in the emergence of innovation projects in order to diversify the services offered to local authorities.

Okoni helped the regional teams to frame the operational and commercial issues, outline projects, model them, and define an operational action plan for their implementation.

Results

Seven projects were submitted to a jury and one was implemented according to the acceleration methods inspired by the design.
