CFDT Services, which oversees labor relations dialog in companies, recently initiated a change to improve the electronic management of its outbound and inbound information.
Okoni was brought in to help the CFDT teams through the updating and upgrading of their information system, in particular the information system used for the human services industry (ESAP).
We worked immersively to understand the specific needs of the ESAP sector and the teams’ practices. We brought the teams on board in a collective intelligence approach to come up with suitable solutions and experiment with them in order to test their effectiveness and encourage this change in the organization’s culture.
A set of specifications that states:
- from the field exploration
- various co-creation workshops with the teams fédérales
- experiments and their results
- recommendations (on the roll-out of experiments and other appropriate tools/solutions)
