Local authorities remain more committed than ever to climate-friendly mobility plans. Investments in infrastructure must go hand in hand with changes in the behavior of citizens, particularly car users whose habits are deeply rooted. In some cases, the COVID-19 pandemic also drove people away from public transit.

Okoni helped five regional teams identify and implement new services, as close as possible to public transit customers (and non-customers), their practices, and their habits. Over the course of five months, we came up with and tested 15 concepts. Five services have been prototyped and tested in the field.
