A major pharmaceutical laboratory wished to improve the healthcare experience of patients being treated for hemophilia.

Okoni designed and prototyped a new practical and educational injection kit that facilitates the process of prescribing by healthcare professionals during initiation in the hospital, and improves the use of the product by limiting the components to what is strictly necessary.

Okoni assisted the team with the large-scale adoption of the new approach, the selection of suppliers, and technical and organizational specifications.
