Based on the generalization of digital business processes and trusted third parties, the “new generation administration” plan aims to implement an in-depth reform of the methods of issuing ID cards, passports, driver’s licenses, and vehicle registration documents.

During two incredible days of collaborative design, we brought together users, officials from the Ministry of the Interior, and reception agents from the prefectures. The objective was to create new online procedures. And so that everyone can fully engage in this new process of digital creation, we invented a special tool: the Okoni digital Tool Box.

Results

New online procedures and an initial model of the website designed hand-in-hand with citizens for the first time.
