More than 100 people from all hierarchical levels contributed during three workshops to solve some of the difficulties of the HR “path” (recruitment, career, compensation, social services, leave and working hours, training, etc.) for the City of Rennes and Rennes Métropole.
The aim was to get a large number of people involved, through a truly participatory approach with HR management staff and “internal users,” in a new way of solving problems and working together.
Results
We prototyped lots of solutions: a new format for an induction day for new recruits, a new internship management process, the ins and outs of a system of free exchange between agents.
