Putting the circular economy at the heart of the sales experience

A major French brand wished to reinvent the customer experience centered on an iconic product in its range. Okoni was brought in to assist a creative team made up of designers and managers in charge ofmarketing, distribution, and manufacturing.  We drew inspiration into the process through a digital ethnographic study conducted by Uptownson micro-communities that foreshadow future trends. Based on the principles of the circular economy, we designed a new service offer and a new sales experience, tested with a panel of roughly thirty customers.
