OPCO EP, a skills operator in charge of 54 branches of local companies, wished to foster innovation in the field of work-study programs with its network of “work-study partnership coordinators”.
Okoni is working with OPCO to engage the network of facilitators in a drive to innovate, experiment, and learn centered on the major challenges they will have to face to make work-study programs a driver of human and economic growth.
With the areas of work identified during the exploratory phase, the group of facilitators then focused on creating solutions and preparing field experiments. Lastly, the experiments were conducted and allowed the organization to learn and imagine the roll-out of solutions on a larger scale.
