Traffic congestion on the platform and at the entrance to the train are often the cause of significant delays. In order to make travel flow more smoothly, we came up with and designed various signs on the platforms and in the cars to encourage passengers to use the open spaces.
We relied on the principles of behavioral economics and the support of behavioral experts from BVA’s Nudge Unit.
