TOTAL ENERGIES wished to speed up the implementation of its new Zero Carbon goals by 2050 while getting the employees involved in the effort. Our client has implemented an intrapreneurship program to get innovations up and running quickly. ​

Okoni assisted and coached six project teams through a learning service design approach. Among the tools at their disposal: ​

• Method of eco-design services and inspirations based on energy efficiency and circular economy projects​
• Rapid prototyping tools and VR (virtual reality)​
• Experimental and behavioral economics methods in the laboratory and the natural environment​
• Business modeling and planning tools and pitch techniques
