CNFPT:, the training organization of the regional public service, wishes to support communities in their efforts to reinvent public policy.

For the past 4 years, Okoni has been assisting the CNFPT with the creation of a training offer for public innovation. Creation of spaces, tools, training of in-house teams, instructional design… all avenues have been explored to position the institution as the preferred partner of small and medium-sized communities in their project to reinvent public service. The organization of the European Universities of Public Regional Innovation is the culmination of a process. Organized in about 10 regions, these universities have enabled the emergence of solid and active innovation ecosystems that bring communities together around operational challenges. Okoni trained the organizing teams and led the universities in different regions.

Results

500 civil servants trained in public service design in 10 regions in metropolitan France and French overseas territories. Dozens of public innovation projects supported in the regions and territories.
