Faced with the end of reimbursement of homeopathic treatments, the general management wishes to create new impetus and a new strategy, while at the same time setting the organization in motion to make it more innovative, resilient, learning-oriented, and agile. Okoni helped the general management and the management committee to develop the roadmap, and with the testing of the group’s first pilot projects.
