The “Vibes” space

We create a location for the project to physically exist. It’s an open, bustling space, covered in work and vibrant with projects. It is a reception area for the teams and a presentation area for the entire organization. It is also a virtual space. Throughout the life of the project, it actively listens to all participants order to gain insights and gradually develop a roadmap for transformation.
The “Vibes” teams

The Executive Committee forms a leadership team. It defines the strategic challenges, asks questions, selects experiments, and appoints leaders. All throughout the project, the leadership team listens to identify findings and progressively draft a roadmap for the transformation. Within that team, the Executive Committee is undergoing an irreversible shift towards greater inclusion, more listening, and greater audacity and confidence. Then there are creative experimentation teams of six to eight multidisciplinary team members, with no hierarchical link, independent in their experiments. Those teams are hybrids with people from Okoni: designers, engineers, developers, and ethnologists. They form powerful active units.
